Position Summary
As a contract Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Recruitment Advertising Specialist you will help run our pay-per-click (PPC)
recruitment marketing activities. You will be a key member of the CVS Health Recruitment Marketing Team and you will
have an opportunity to develop paid search campaigns across job and social sites, such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google,
and Facebook to drive qualified candidates our career site (
We are looking for someone with a consistent record of planning and implementing recruitment advertising campaigns
with a focus on growing conversion rates every step of the way. You should be able to explain career site conversion rates,
application to hire rates and discuss the concept of measuring source of influence and hire.
Designing and implementing effective Search Engine (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns
Optimizing ad platforms for pay per click (PPC) media such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and Job Aggregators
like Indeed, Glassdoor & Ziprecruiter.
Managing SEM campaigns based on relevant metrics such as CTR, CPC, and specific return on investment actions
Analyzing the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans
for revising the campaign strategy
Presenting data on weekly calls to clients, reviewing metrics and optimizations.
- 3+ years advertising experience
- 2+ years experience in SEM Experience in lead generation
- Shown success at optimizing and running new and existing PPC campaigns
- Recruiting analytics and reporting
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in recruitment Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar environment
- Geo-targeting and bid management experience
- A/B testing to increase the efficiency of PPC campaigns to attract targeted demographic, increase leads/conversions,
expand reach or other goals
- Paid Social Media marketing
Communications, Marketing or similar bachelor s degree
