Position: Store Manager Salary: $17.00-19.00 per hour Type: Full Time Location: Garfield Heights, OH
Job Title: Assistant Retail or Construction Store Manager - Bilingual Spanish/English (ideally)
Location of role: Garfield Heights, OH 44125
Salary or Hourly range: $17 - $19 plus a bonus based of the volume of the store. Depending on experience DOE
Company relocation - At this time, client will NOT relocate for this role
Company sponsorship - At this time, client will NOT sponsor for this role
Travel: This role may require some travel
Duration of role: Direct hire Role - Fulltime
Key Points of the role:
1-3 years of retail and/or construction related experience (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards etc. ), able to work store hours (7
- 4pm), Bilingual English/Spanish truly preferred
Must have some work with inventory control and POS ( point of sale) in store experience.
Experience using Outlook and Excel in a work environment ( Need to have some technical experience )
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have valid driver’s license.
Availability to occasionally travel to other store locations as needed.
Computer skills
Basic math skills
Must be able to travel for training for 5 days at the San Jose, CA Store.
Must be able to move up to 25 pounds

What would you do?
Assistant Store Manager will use your talents to help manage store operations, help customers achieve their goals, and
proactively solve problems that includes but not limited to greeting customers, processing sales transactions, customer
service, order processing, merchandising, inventory audits, collections, housekeeping, database development, cash
handling / bank deposits & loss prevention.
Effectively help manage the overall operation of the store, including tool rental, merchandise sales, inventory control,
shipping & receiving, administrative and financial operations, safety and merchandising.
Complies with company policies and procedures.
Open & close store when store manager is absent.
