Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and
perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
Keeps area neat and clean.
Read and use a tape measure
Read blue prints and orders
Communicate well with coworkers
Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
Must have a strong work ethic
Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
Must understand safety procedures
Must have good teamwork skills
Must live the Champion Operating Principles
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
