This Credit and Collection team works with commercial accounts. The Company has great relationships with its
customers. It is a positive environment with strong business relationships.
There is no overtime, or crazy KPIs.
The Credit & Collections Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s activities involving
extending credit to customers. The Supervisor plays a key role in the credit and collection department by providing
motivation, strategy, and direction to staff to help manage the company’s risk associated with extending credit and
ensure timely opening of customer accounts.

Analyze new & existing applicant’s information to determine credit worthiness, assigning appropriate credit limits and any
requirements or restrictions required to minimize risk.
Identify and review metrics for credit limits and agreements (SLAs) related to extending credit to new accounts
Review credit limits and account status on existing accounts and make adjustments needed, if any, after review and
consideration of existing and current customer information
Create, review and maintain reporting for the accounting management team and operations team
Work with Sales teams, accounting teams, operations teams in a fun and teamwork atmosphere
Supervisory experience – to include hiring, mentoring, development, performance evaluations
Ability to influence others
Strong problem-solving skills
Possess strategic mindset
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and multitask
Strong time management skills
Five plus years’ experience with some time supervising
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practice Act
Knowledge of process, requirements, and guidelines to file liens
Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 + great benefits
