Must be willing and able to work every weekend and holidays
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Successful completion of a current Level 2 background screening process and due diligence process.
Experience driving a large passenger van.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS
Works under the direct supervision of the Activities and Transportation Supervisor.
Responsible for transporting Domiciliary residents while adhering to the safety rules and regulations of the agency.
Safely transports residents following the scheduled route and accommodating special medical and approved resident
Maintains and cleans the state vehicles on a regular basis and reports any maintenance concerns to the supervisor and
Completes all appropriate paperwork including the transportation log, pre/post inspection sheets and daily trip log.
Responsible for training staff in accordance with FDVA driving procedures in conjunction with the Activities and
Performs other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will be required to pass a security background check to include fingerprinting and/or drug
screening and participate in direct deposit. Note: you will be required to provide your Social Security number in order to
conduct the background screening.
