Looking for two strong sous chefs, for 2 different bay front restaurants.
Both are high profile; high end and high volume.
Annual sales of $12 million to $18 million.
Must be able to handle the volume with top quality cuisine.High volume experience candidates.
Wood fire cooking and / or seafood a plus.
Starting salary $55 to $60k (or higher) for top talent that is driven to move up to CdC / Exec Chef.
