Position: Director Of Marketing Salary: $75,000-100,000 per year Type: Full Time Location: Brooklyn, NY
The Scott/Robles Team has averaged over $100,000,000 in sales for the last 2 years without having any sort of Director of
Marketing. We are now looking to take our business to the next level and are looking for someone who would like to grow
with us. There is massive potential for career growth and an opportunity to not only help us close more deals, but to
create a true brand. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Working proactively and
collaboratively everyday with team leaders as well as agents. Currently we have 2 team leaders and 8 agents working full
time. • Help develop sales presentations, advertising, collateral and promotional programs. • Help create top quality web
page highlighting our team’s listings and accomplishments. • Create social media campaigns. • Streamline marketing
campaigns when new listings are brought to market, entered into contract or sold. • Draft and execute targeted mailers. •
Create monthly newsletter. • Find opportunities to expose the team’s brand in print and online publications. • Create
marketing packages targeted at local developers. • Act as regional expert as it pertains to competitors. • Stay abreast of
current trends and tools to serve as a constant source of inspiration and intelligence for leadership, agents and for
application to strategic projects. Qualifications: • 1 years Marketing/Advertising experience, preferably within a
progressive creative agency, real estate firm or something similar. • A balance of strategic planning and hands-on
execution (with an all-hands on deck mentality). • Ability to turn complex business issues and opportunities into simple,
executable, results-driven solutions. • Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills. • Adept at juggling
multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial,
collaborative, self-motivated and fast-paced environment. • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites a plus (specifically InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop) -Excel / Google equivalent. •
Willingness to learn and optimize Mailchimp or similar products. • Willingness to travel throughout the city. Salary
$75,000 - $100,000+ About Company: We are a residential brokerage team of 10 operating out of a private office at 190
5th Ave in Brooklyn, NY. Currently we are on pace to be the #1 team at Douglas Elliman in Brooklyn for 2019 and that’s
without a true brand or identity. We work hard, but still have a lot of fun. As you help us grow there is a lot of upside
