Position: Project Manager Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Type: Full Time Location: SeaTac, WA

1998 and have clients throughout USA and Canada.
We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. If you’re looking for a great position and

You need to be enthusiastic, hardworking, and have a desire to help clients
You’ll need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical items
with people with different technical knowledge levels
Work Hours: 7:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday, OT as needed
Pay Scale: $80,000-$100,000 with bonus potential

Position Summary:
Oversee product development testing and implementation procedures.
Communicate internally with stakeholders and contractors.
Manage key requirements leading up and through product launches
Manage versions, updates, changes, beta tests, deployments, and launches
Test and evaluate feature implementations before launch
Drive usability testing, measure and report results, track bugs, and define areas of improvement
Work closely with development team communicating needs, changes and ensuring deadlines are on track and met timely.
Document software development requirements and communicate them to the development team
Communicate to company President/Owner regarding project updates and drive the projects to completion
Train internal staff on new products and product updates timely
Own iterations of general product requirements and detailed software specifications
Listen to client comments, evaluate client needs and problems they are experiencing and suggest solutions to resolve the
issue
Communicate with clients, stakeholders and development team to complete tasks
Provide software implementation and client training for company products
Required Qualifications:
3+ years software project/product management experience
Understand application platform integrations
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Extensive product knowledge
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to travel to client sites
Familiar with Amazon Web Services
Ability to follow directions with written processes/procedures
Valid Driver’s License
Understanding of all current Microsoft Operating Systems for workstation, servers, portable and smart devices
Ability to learn Windows OS, Android OS and Apple iOS functions
Ability to install and implement software and train on all company applications
Ability to learn new technical information quickly
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to create and present training material to clients and team members
