truMedic is a retailer and distributor of a full line of high-end massage chairs and personal massagers. As a rapidly
growing company, truMedic is searching for a Creative Team Project Manager to oversee content creation, packaging
designs, product development and video content of a team of 4. This person will be responsible for storyboarding,
monitoring and coaching a Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, Video Director and E-Comm Specialist.
The Creative Project Manager will work cross-functionally to develop timelines, track progress, and manage priorities for
the creative team, with a focus on production, marketing, and content initiatives for a retail-oriented organization. This
role requires flexibility, creative problem solving, and engagement for all areas of a project. This person must lead retail
professionals in all aspects of project planning and development processes to meet all company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop project timelines and manage milestones for new projects- kick off to completion
Create and maintain multiple project calendars.
Report to Chief Marketing Officer to maximize communication both written and verbal to keep a solution focused manner.
Must be organized, pay close attention to detail to minimize retail delays
Communicate reviews and delivery dates with involved department managers including Logistics Manager and CEO
Gather all necessary approvals before a project is completed
Coordinate the production management of photo shoots and image deliverables
Track progress to ensure timely completion of projects
Coach and develop creative team members to ensure success.
Support in the creation and implementation of improved internal processes and project management systems as the
team grows and evolves
Proactively predict and remove any roadblocks that may delay a project timeline
Requirements
3+ years of project management in the creative space
Bachelor’s degree — preferably in marketing, communications, advertising or business
Successful track record managing project traffic for a creative agency or in-house team
Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines, and with different personalities
Content/photography production experience, understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
