As a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market team, you will be accountable for the execution and
delivery of employee experience HR services focused on production staffing, process management of staffing related
activities and ensuring completion of hiring compliance activities within our high-volume production locations.
As a Production Recruiter you will be a member of the HR Employee Experience Specialist’s team responsible for delivering
HR Employee Experience production recruiting services to the business. Acting under general supervision, the incumbent
will utilize their HR Employee Experience knowledge to administer local recruitment processes related to position
fulfillment, including local interview, selection and offer processes for identified locations, and supporting these key
activities to ensure applicants transition through the hiring process in a highly efficient manner while maintaining all
85% Business Leader:
Serve as a specialist within the HR Solutions Employee Experience market HR Solution team to provide support to high
volume production recruitment activities.
Provide recruiting services such as interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation,
compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with the CBS team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as interview management, correspondence,
background screening processes, Pre-employment screening, medical review and holds, offer letter preparation and
facilitation of new hires
Assisting and / or leading compliance reporting and document management for high volume recruitment activities such as
disposition code completion, connect the dots and auditing of hiring records
Supporting mobile recruitment activities, attendance of local job fairs, and maintaining rapport in local communities.
Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo)
Actively participates in recruitment related projects or initiatives

General leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills – ability to thrive as part of a local market team.
1-year experience or more as a recruiting assistant for high volume non-exempt positions.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
1-year or more experience as a recruiter for high volume non-exempt positions
Experience with a recruiting system such as Taleo
Strong drive for results with results/outcome focus.
Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a meticulous
attention to details. Excellent organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Competence in connecting people to each other and the business strategy, leveraging technology and processes where
Demonstrated understanding of evolving HR landscape and capability of supporting organizational change efforts.
