Position: Welder Salary: $16.00-30.00 per hour Type: Full Time Location: Winamac, IN
Hansen-Rice, Inc, a Design-Build General Contractor & Steel Erector, is hiring immediately for a Certified Welder/Iron
Worker for a recently awarded construction project in Winamac, IN.
Responsibilities of the Certified Welder Iron Worker:
Weld bar joist
Weld down bridging
Structural moment welds
Weld chevron tubes/bracing
Weld miscellaneous hand rails and stairs
Structural Steel connections

Requirements
Structural Steel connections
Must be able to weld in tight spaces, at heights, from aerial equipment, etc.
Must be able to read a tape measure and be able to do welding layouts.
Work is in all types of weather.
Must have strong attention to safety, quality and detail is required.
Required AWS D1.1 certified
Required 3G - 4G or 6G certified.
Candidate must provide proof of welding certifications prior to starting employment.
Potential candidate must be able to pass a per-employment drug test.
Benefits
Skilled metal building erectors and certified welders $16 - $30 per hour + overtime.
