Direct Care Worker/Direct Support Professional DCW/DSP needed in the East Valley
Position: Care Worker
Salary: $12.75-15.75 per hour

DCW/DSP needed in the East Valley. Healing Hearts Residential Care is looking to staff a new home in the Chandler/Tempe
area to work directly with people that qualify for DDD. Many times, these youth/young adults have Autism and can be
anywhere on the spectrum.
We are currently looking to hire multiple Direct Care Workers for a home in the Chandler/Mesa area off the 101 & US 60
with (3) teen boys. Our members can have limited cognitive ability as well as potentially non-verbal or limited. The hours
are varied between afternoons and evenings and overnights on the weekdays and all shifts on the weekends.

We have many shifts to fill as this is a new home. We are looking for full time and part time hours available. Our shifts are
M-F 2-10PM & 10PM-8:00AM
Weekends or days off from school are 6:00AM-2:00PM, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 10:00pm-8:00am
We will have 3 members, so we will be hiring for 3-4 staff for each shift.
Must have impeccable communication skills and can problem solve on the spot
Must be a good multi-tasker
Must be loving and empathetic towards individuals with disabilities.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the primary caregiver and management.
Help with members activities of daily living, companionship and recreational activities.
Work with individual to develop his/her personal/growth goals.
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings around the community.
Maintain established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle to transport clients.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a bonus
CPRFirst Aid trained.
High school / college diploma is a plus
