The Department of Liquor Control’s Licensure Regulation, and Education division is recruiting for part time temporary
seasonal Community Government Aides (CGA) to assist with underage alcohol and tobacco compliance inspections
throughout The County.
In collaboration with the police department the Community Government Aides will assist the Alcohol Tobacco Enforcement
Specialists by attempting to purchase alcohol and/or tobacco products from licensed facilities and provide witness
testimony in court and/or Liquor Board hearings.
The CGA must be able to travel to multiple sites throughout the County and be available to work flexible hours including
evenings and weekends.
Selected candidates must be between the ages of 16 and 20 years and 11 months old and will be required to complete a
physical exam, drug and alcohol screening, and department provided training.
The hourly rate for this SEASONAL/TEMPORARY position is $12.25.
