Our team’s mission is to create a competitive advantage for Netflix by delivering insights that help revolutionize the
experience consumers have with our service. In this Sr. Product UX Researcher role, you will be responsible for defining,
leading, analyzing, interpreting and socializing research studies that lead to innovations for Netflix members across our
platforms worldwide. The cross-functional teams you’ll work with are nimble, dynamic and collaborative.
We have open roles focusing on growth and partnerships and content experience, within the Product Consumer Insights team.
Types of Projects You Will Lead:
Define and inform innovative go-to-market growth strategies
Evaluate motivations and unmet needs for current and future members to improve retention
Identify ways to optimize members’ experience engaging with our content
Assess opportunities for Netflix to innovate, grow and differentiate around the world
We Are Looking For:
6+ years of demonstrable experience in product research or design research
Ability to define key research questions and objectives, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize
Passionate about translating findings into strategic business recommendations
Pragmatic and able to design research in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Strong communicator with a track record of successful collaboration with colleagues/partners
Advanced degree in research, social sciences, HCI or related field is preferred, but not required
What You Will Do:
Lead end-to-end research initiatives that help teams uncover actionable insights
Partner with cross-functional colleagues (including Product Management, Design, Data Science, Marketing) to identify,
prioritize, plan and execute high-impact studies
Synthesize and communicate your findings and recommendations across the company
