Integra MLTC is at the forefront of New York’s Managed Long Term Care program. We currently serve Manhattan, Queens,
Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. Named as one of the “Fastest Growing NY-Based MLTC in
2017”, Integra provides care for adults living with long-term care needs. Our goal is to help our members live safely and
independently in the comfort of their own home.
The IT Security Analyst has experience in Cybersecurity and will be responsible for the daily activities associated to
information security including vulnerability scanning and remediation, incident response and planning and implementation
of security measures to protect Integra’s Information Systems.
IT Security Analyst Job Duties:
Performs daily and weekly audits and scans using Splunk Enterprise, Tenable Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark, and other similar
Analyze external threats and exploits to determine the impact on the organization
Research vulnerabilities in software, firmware, and devices and modern exploits and exploitation techniques in the
following areas: Microsoft Platform – Servers, workstations, .NET, SQL
Create and maintain System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reviews, Disaster recovery plans, Standard Operating
Procedures, Business Impact Analysis
Assess and Implement NIST Risk Management Framework, HIPAA IT Compliance, HITRUST
Work with Information Technology Operations Team to monitor daily activities on the network
Work with Development Team on Secure Software Development Life Cycle
Create weekly reports and brief head of Information Security.
Liaison for all enterprise Information Security matters. Strong interpersonal skills desired.
Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in either vulnerability management or related information security field
Experience in threat and vulnerability management, penetration testing, security operations
Familiar with industry standard security best practices and vulnerability management processes including compliance
Advanced experience with vulnerability scanning tools and other vulnerability management tools
Familiarity with multiple programming and scripting languages
Demonstrate knowledge of networking concepts and devices (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Load Balancers)
Demonstrate an understanding of network and web related protocols (such a TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing
Experience developing and improving KPIs, metrics, and trending for vulnerability management functions
Understanding of how applications, networking, operating systems, and databases work
Holds at least (1) IT Security certification
Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity Major REQUIRED
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
