DAY TO DAY TASK
Assist with Annual Fire/Safety Inspections as requested.
Assist with Completing all required logs, paperwork or checklists related to inventory tracking or hazardous chemicals.
Completes work orders according to NOIPM guidelines and safety standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in the maintenance shop in an orderly manner and according to NOIPM policy.
May perform HVAC functions with proper certification as requested.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include working: On-Call Hours: Must be able to be on-site within one
hour to respond to after-hours On-Call work orders, Special Events, and on weekends.
Paints structures, repairs sheet-rock and woodwork with carpenter’s tools as requested.
Repairs and maintains physical structures of the apartment using hand tools and power tools as requested.
Repairs boilers and appliances as requested.
Repairs floors and tile as requested.
Repairs plaster as requested.
Repairs plumbing fixtures as requested.
Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures as requested.
Reports any maintenance issues and concerns to the supervisor promptly
Responds promptly to all on-call pages/requests
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Driver’s License
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Maintenance position in a multi-family industry
HVAC Certificate Required
EPA 1 and 2 Required
CPO Certificate Preferred
AMT Certificate Preferred
Must be able to move/lift 20-40 pounds as needed
One Site Experience Required
