Position: Vice President Salary: $130,000-180,000 per year Type: Full Time Location: New York City, NY

DemystData is an External Enterprise Data Platform used by major financial institutions and consultancies to better
discover, test, and deploy third-party data solutions into decision processes across the customer lifecycle. Leveraging the
power of data in conjunction with the deep expertise of our Global Delivery Team, we unlock millions of dollars in revenue
for our clients year after year.
The Challenge
This role sits at the nexus of our Client and Product teams and will be responsible for identifying lucrative partnership
opportunities and mapping them to DemystData’s unique value. The role is a hybrid product manager and partnership
manager. The person in this role is someone who sees opportunity where others do not, and one who has the tenacity and
grit to transform all stakeholders into believers.
Responsibilities:
Enact new business partnerships and alliances from inbound leads with some prospecting
Utilize tailored communication, value-selling sales methodology, and influencing skills to sell to a range of buyers in
banking and insurance
Learn & advance expertise of technical concepts as required for selling complex platform/product
Display persistence and discipline in following up with leads and prospects
Put the customer’s success before all else
Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline and data-driven
environment
Demonstrate a sense of urgency with the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven culture
Stay current with industry trends, show dedication to continuous learning on all fronts
Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to aid in the development and improvement of sales materials
Requirements
7 to 10 years of proven full cycle B2B business development
Strong preference for a degree within a technical discipline from a tier one university; postgraduate degree ideal
Demonstrated experience achieving a $5MM partner sales quota (e.g., through Cloud Services Providers, A.I. Platforms, BI
Platforms, Core Platform Providers, Data Vendors, Information Svcs Providers, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with external partners throughout sales cycle to drive partnership success, pipeline goals and
partnership solution architecture to effect outsized client impact
Experience selling software licenses to bank or insurance buyers in the data access, analytics, or information management
domains.
Knowledge of and experience in the predictive analytics and financial services space highly weighted
Experience selling to C-suite and/or Senior Executives at the Enterprise level
Display & develop core competencies: team player, results orientation, technical-functional expertise
Display & develop Team Values: listening, communication, honesty, collaboration, accountability, grit
Familiarity with the value-selling framework
