Position: Marketing Manager Salary: $90,000-100,000 per year Type: Full Time Location: Dallas, TX
UWorld is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to focus on our MCAT & Nursing suite of products. From buyer personas to
pricing and campaign strategy, the Product Marketing Manager will be an embedded subject matter expert to work with
the UWorld marketing team to evangelize our MCAT & Nursing products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Job Duties (including but not limited to):
Market Research
Perform comprehensive, detailed market research on target market(s) and competitors
Define buyer personas, target markets and how buyers consume their media and make decisions
Outline buy cycles
Define product pricing
Report on industry trends and recommend actions to position UWorld ahead of competition
Marketing Strategy
Work with product owners and VP, Marketing to define product marketing strategy
Serve as the embedded product marketing specialist for assigned products
Define product differentiators and market positioning
Recommend conference attendance, sponsorships, speaking and thought leadership opportunities
Campaign Prep & Misc.
Recommend necessary content to support product offerings
Work within the UWorld marketing team to produce campaigns
Create and actively/regularly measure and report metrics to measure success
Own assigned pieces of the UWorld marketing plan
Enforce UWorld design/brand standards
Team Collaboration
Work with various teams including product owners, sales, marketing peers, support, and executive group to develop a
collaborative process for rolling out marketing initiatives
Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for initiatives related to specific products and other assigned action
items
Work collaboratively with team members to provide and receive feedback with tact and diplomacy
Assist other team members during peak periods of conferences, product rollouts, major campaigns or other marketing
initiatives to ensure that all deadlines are met

Requirements
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field required; master’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum of seven years’ experience in a prior senior-level marketing/product marketing position
Knowledge of E-Learning, exam prep, nursing, NCLEX and MCAT markets preferred but not required
Working knowledge of best practices and measurement of primary social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram,
Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Twitch)
Required Skills:
Exceptional market research and reporting skills – ability to source, construct, interpret data, and recommend solutions,
not just purchase reports from third parties
Ability to define and report metrics of success
Superior organizational and self-motivation skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms
Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for generating exposure and engagement
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team environment with competing priorities
Ability to react in a constructive manner to direct feedback and constructive criticism
Exceptional attention to detail with respect to adhering to and enforcing UWorld brand standards
