You will be working closely with the Director of Operations supporting the tactical day-to-day operations - Including staffing
management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboarding. We are not only looking for technical skills, but we are looking for
someone who in genuinely excited about learning professional processes and passionate about the operations of a
business.
You will be helping to ensure that the business can optimize its impact on behalf of customers . The successful candidate
will have the ability to synthesize data from different sources, to streamline key business processes, function as part of our
local/ regional teams with an opportunity to work with our International/ global team and drive performance improvements!
Responsibilities include:
Opportunity pipeline management (Sales Ops)
Manage Salesforce/Kimble ensuring data quality
Coordinate Salesforce configuration in coordination with other regions across all departments
Develop and enhance sales reports and dashboards
Develop and maintain sales pipeline and team performance status reports
Coordinate Deal Reviews and Deal Review follow-up actions, reporting, DR analytics, etc
Coordinate sales pipeline reviews to ensure efficient execution across the team to help drive sales
Monthly metrics reporting; collaborate with portfolio managers and the sales operations teams to track and report all key
performance
Track Indicators against monthly, quarterly and annual goals. Refresh all management dashboards, regional reports and
executive review documents
Staffing Management (Delivery Ops)
Create, track and report team staffing including employee scheduling and utilization
Maximize utilization to successfully support delivery engagements
Work closely with Engagement Leadership to drive timely and quality project staffing requirements
Maintain employee skills matrix and related reporting
Project Financials (Business Ops)
Project accounting; ensure complete and accurate project set up in PSA system consistent with the contract statement of
work for all projects
Drive timely entry of billable time and expenses across the team
Ensure finance team gets accurate data feeds to track revenue and expenses
On-boarding (People Ops)
New hire on-boarding/training; track all new hires and ensure they have a great on-boarding experience.
Maintain on-boarding documents and training plans to help all new hire
Requirements
1-3 years in a Salesforce (specific) administration support role
1-5 years experience working in a consultancy /Professional Services environment or Sales Operations support role
Knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools (especially Google and Excel reporting and spreadsheets)
Familiar/ Understanding of project financials, revenue recognition, invoicing and billing process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization.
Comfortable working and collaborating with international teams
Strong overall interpersonal skills with conflict resolution, flexibility, efficiency and multi-tasking in a fast-paced
environment
Must be willing to "play in the dirt" and not afraid to engage in unfamiliar areas- must be willing to learn!
Benefits
Time Off: 15 vacation days per year & 10 paid holidays; up to 5 days can rollover per year. There isn’t a limit on sick days
right now, take them as needed.

Expedited Travel Program: Reimbursement for a expedited travel security program (ex: Clear, TSA Precheck, Global Entry).
Race Entrance Fee: Reimbursement for the entrance fee to a race (Ex: 5ks, tough mudder).
Monthly Flower Delivery: Flowers delivered to your home each month.
