STAHL SHEAFFER ENGINEERING ( ), is growing and needs to fill this position immediately! We are looking for a brave and
exceptional office administrator that is at the top of their game. If you thrive in a fast-paced, always changing,

and on-time while working with team members.
About Us:
Stahl Sheaffer provides a full range of multi-discipline civil engineering services including building structural design, bridge
design and inspection, construction inspection, geotechnical engineering, land development, survey and reality capture,
and transportation engineering. We provide these services to public and private clients in multiple industries, including
transportation, higher education, parks and recreation, municipal services, hospitality, residential, and senior living. Stahl
Sheaffer is licensed to operate in fifteen states, with professional engineers licensed in 26 states.
·Answer phones professionally; communicate, speak, and write in proper English.
·Screen phone calls, mail, visitors, etc.
·Answer routine questions, furnish information and route calls to appropriate individuals.
·Create and maintain company materials and reports.
·Assist clients with class registrations and scheduling.
·Maintain Executive’s calendar.
·Coordinate events.
·Set-up training room and print workbooks
·Assist Producer during Live Streamed workshops
·Occasionally come in early to assist with event set-up and coordination
·Reliably work from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday
·Associates Degree.
·3+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
·Experience using Word, Excel and database or CRM software
·Strong organizational and time-management skills.
·Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
·Ability to handle high demand situations.
·Stable work history
·Like working in a small rapidly growing company with a lot of happy clients
