We are seeking an experienced full time Office Manager with a diverse set of skills to work in our corporate
headquarters in Charlotte, NC. A person who will succeed in this position is extremely self-motivated, thrives in a fast-
paced small business environment, and wants a diverse set of responsibilities. This position is ideally suited for
someone who possesses a high level of organization, follow through, and the ability to maintain accountability for
one’s self and others. This person should be adept in management, human resources, payroll, benefits management,
process creation and documentation. Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational and communication

Reporting to executive management, the Office Manager will be responsible for managing day to day office functions,
employees, systems and processes. The Office Manager will serve as the liaison between all office staff and executive
management and will manage employee schedules and workload to ensure adherence to deadlines and productivity.
This person will be responsible for administrative operations, reporting, payroll, human resources and helping to build
and grow a positive culture.
Recruiting and Hiring including on-boarding, development, needs assessment and training
Develop and manage office systems, processes, policies, and procedures to keep things running smoothly
Organizational departmental planning and development
Provide oversight and ensure projects and campaigns adhere to the dictated timelines.
Ensure all employees maintain a balanced workload to ensure optimal efficiency and production output.
Payroll and commission statements
Track employee hours, vacation time, and benefits
Maintain accountability among team members
Update and maintain company training manuals and materials
Administer various software programs to manage access and permissions for employees
Manage the company phone system
Make bank deposits
Work with accounting to reconcile advertising invoices
Maintain license information on the company and employees.
At least 5 years office manager experience
Experience managing a team of employees
Proven time management skills in managing multiple projects; must possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
and projects while maintaining deadlines and managing resources with little or no direction
Entrepreneurial orientation; must be comfortable in a smaller, growth-oriented setting
Excellent organizational skills; must possess the ability to balance and address many issues at the same time while
communicating or maintaining accurate information and details.
Communication skills; must be able to professionally communicate with employees, vendors, management, and
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proficiency with database or CRM software, such as Salesforce.
Some higher education or Bachelor degree is required
Sense of humor and the ability to communicate through memes and gifs!
