Sr. Test Automation Engineer

Salary: $100,000-120,000 per year

We are looking for a senior software engineer with a focus on quality assurance test automation to build up and
maintain our automation test framework. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment where
their work will be noticed and appreciated. The Test Automation Engineer will provide technical leadership and
strategic direction for our quality assurance and user acceptance testing. They will be responsible for selecting and
utilizing the correct processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the quality and reliability of our omni-channel
fulfillment, e-commerce and supply chain solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Lead our automated testing efforts among our suite of products
Work with project and product owners to develop end-to-end automated testing harnesses utilizing the appropriate
tools and methodologies
Develop testing scenarios, plans, and documentation
Handle integration, performance, and load testing of our mobile and web applications
Provide concise feedback on all bugs, usability, or other test findings and results to the correct party
Train the manual QA testers on Automation
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in object-oriented development
5+ years of development experience specifically involving selecting and utilizing the correct processes, tools, and
methodologies for test automation suites.
5+ years of development experience using performance load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Grinder, etc.
5+ years of development experience using test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, etc.
Expertise in creating complex SQL queries to verify results of testing.
Expertise in at least 1 object-oriented programming language.
Experience in build tools such as Maven and Jenkins.
Experience in using distributed versioning control systems such as Git.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities as part of a team or independently.
Effective communication skills working with related engineers and implementation teams are key to the position
Reside in Georgia. We are not currently relocating for this position.
