In order to keep on growing the business, we are building an awesome Marketing Team in order to make sure that all
the powerful insights from our platform get activated and monetized with an equally powerful performance. In this
case, we are searching for a talented, experienced Digital Marketing Lead. This job could be in San Francisco (USA) or
in Buenos Aires (Argentina).
We expect someone who is willing to become an leader in our digital campaigns for different countries, industries and
clients. Grandata needs a leader who is able to help with all the projects and team within the organization. We need a
flexible and creative person, enthusiastic enough to solve problems, limitations and achieve practical, concrete
results. We need someone who feels comfortable with the challenge of working in a demanding entrepreneur
environment, who has the ownership of his work and is highly proactive.
We are also looking for sharp analytical skills, in terms of generating and measuring KPIs, optimizing campaign
results, understanding the clients’ needs and the financial impact that the campaigns have on the business results.
Design and development of the digital marketing strategy in harmony with Grandata’s global strategy.
Budget management for all the clients accounts and all the different channels activated.
Benchmark with the rest of the campaign activation possibilities that our clients have to assure competitive results.
Investigation of new techniques and trends related to the industries of our clients. Proactive recommendations over
channels, products and leads conversion.
Development of the digital team and maintain updated with the technological teams in Grandata.
Identification of needs and new opportunities.
Follow and lead the execution of digital media channels such as: Google Ads, Google Display, YouTube, Gmail,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Programmatic Buying, Email Marketing, etc.
Campaign implementation for cross-selling, open market, first prospects and remarketing.
Design and implementation of the organic calendar for media.
Data interpretation (Google Analytics and other tools), report realization, KPIs measurement.
Communicate results of digital marketing for the different clients. Mainly Banks, Retails and Digital Businesses.
Provide consultancy services to support our proposed solution.
Prepare demonstrations, proof of concepts, and presentations based on client needs.
Design and execution of prospecting techniques with a business sales perspective.
Work with the sales team on technical activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
Travel to San Francisco (USA), México City (México) and Buenos Aires (Argentina) office for short periods of time (less
than two weeks per month normally.
At least 5 years of experience in the main digital marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Programatic, etc.)
DMPs / DSPs/ Campaign Manager.
Expertise at digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization.
Capability to understand customer needs and delivering coherently.
Microsoft office suites, specially Excel.
Good level of English.
Availability to travel to San Francisco (USA) and México City for short periods of time (less than two weeks per month
Proactivity, being able to work under pressure.
High analytical capacity.
Problem- solving oriented.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in marketing for the Banking or Retail Industry.
Degree in the following: Marketing, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering among others.
Knowledge of UX.
B2B services experience.
Passion for solving business problems with technology.
