Team in Stafford has an opening for a Buyer and Listing Specialist!
Earn $60,000 - $100,000 in the first year!

Responsibilities:
Be ready to answer your phone for the next lead
Consult with qualified Buyers, show homes that meet their needs, negotiate contracts on their behalf and provide world
class customer service

Manage time efficiently to provide high level performance
Follow up with new and existing contacts
Be the area expert
Negotiate and close

Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of Virginia OR have the ability to become licensed (we can help with this.)
Ability to work full-time (nights and weekends are prime times for buyers and sellers).
Self motivation.
Drive and focus to prospect for new business on a daily basis.
Open and willing to try new things.
Embrace accountability.
Desire to keep current with the changing times, technology and methods.
